ABYSS Headphone Trade-In

TRADE-IN your ABYSS® Headphone

The Evolution of Sound is the only factory authorized trade-in agency for ABYSS Headphones. We will consider any ABYSS Headphone for trade-in as a credit toward a new Abyss Headphone. Trade-in credit is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and may only be used toward the purchase of a brand new headphone directly from the Abyss-Headphones.com website.

Condition must be verified by inspection prior to any available credit being applied. Note we do not accept trade-in of any headphone brand other than Abyss. Trade-in's are currently only accepted from USA addresses.

To receive a trade-in credit estimate, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Submit Trade-In Form below.
  2. Include all photos requested in order to receive an estimate. Required photos include:
    1. Speaker baffle of both left and right sides (remove the ear pads and take a photo of the laser engraved baffles).
    2. Exterior left and right sides.
    3. Bottom of both left and right sides showing the cable entrance jacks.
    4. Top photo of the headband.
    5. The cable complete with all plugs shown.
  3. Photo's should highlight any damage. We will find it upon physical inspection, best to get it out of the way up front for the most accurate trade-in estimate.
  4. We review your form submission and offer the estimated trade-in value of your used Abyss headphone toward the purchase of the brand-new Abyss headphone model (visit Abyss-Headphones.com). If you agree to the quote and are prepared to make the purchase of a brand new Abyss headphone from Abyss-Headphones.com website, we will email you an RA form with instructions on where to ship your trade-in.
  5. Upon inspection of your trade-in headphone, the Abyss sales team will reach out to you and set-up a shopping cart for the brand new Abyss headphone purchase with the trade-in credit applied.

Unknown Trade-In Items Sent Our Way

At our discretion, in the event we receive any items other than what was represented per your submission form, we will give notice by email to arrange for pick-up of the item(s). After 30 days of notice if no attempt is made by you to arrange for pick-up and return, the item(s) will be considered having no value and forfeited by you. We are not responsible for anything sent our way not being genuine Abyss and as stated in the submitted form.
