All Abyss headphones purchased from this website come with a limited warranty as per our Warranty page. We are the only reseller of previously owned Abyss products to include a factory warranty.
Shipping damage must be reported to The Evolution of Sound immediately, and no more than 7 days after receipt of your order. Upon any shipping damage or loss, you as the receiving party are responsible for following up with the carrier/shipping company and completing all necessary paperwork to file a claim. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any potential refund due to such.
