We don't sell products in poor condition or that fail to meet these minimum standards. All previously owned Abyss headphones sold by The Evolution of Sound are factory certified to be in good working order and condition. The Evolution of Sound is the only authorized sales outlet worldwide for new old stock and previously owned, factory certified Abyss headphones.
Abyss Headphones- The Evolution of Sound warrants the operation of any ABYSS headphone purchased from this website for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and serial number of the headphone purchased and is not transferable. Any Abyss headphone purchased directly from the TheEvolutionOfSound.com website is automatically registered for this warranty. You do not need to register or fill out any form.
Eleven Audio (XIAUDIO)- The Evolution of Sound warrants the operation of any Eleven Audio (XIAUDIO) product purchased from this website for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and serial number of the unit purchased and is not transferable. Any Eleven Audio product purchased directly from TheEvolutionOfSound.com is automatically registered for this warranty. You do not need to register or fill out any form.
The warranty covers only the cost to repair the product or included accessory. The warranty does not cover shipping, insurance, fees, duties, taxes, or loss or damage of any kind. Ear pads and cables are considered wear items and may from time to time require replacement. Wear and tear on accessories or finishes is not covered under any warranty. Use of faulty or improper ancillary equipment, abuse or physical damage, is not covered under any warranty. Tampering with or any modification to any product or included accessory by an unauthorized person resulting in the need of parts or service is not covered under any warranty.
An ABYSS Headphone dealer or agent has no obligation to any warranty of a product they did not sell to you. Contact The Evolution of Sound or Abyss Headphones directly with any warranty issues.
